From design to actual product: PCB prototyping and prototyping process analysis

1. Preparation work before proofing

5. Testing and Validation

 

Perform functional testing to verify whether the performance and functionality of the PCB prototype are consistent with the design. If problems are found, go back to the design stage and make changes.

 

6. Optimization and improvement

 

Optimization and improvements based on test results may require multiple prototypes and testing until expected performance and quality are achieved.

 

7. Documents and Records

8. Preparation for mass production

 

Once the PCB prototype passes testing, you can prepare for mass production and place an order with the manufacturer.
