Shipping policy
We have a number of delivery options available for the safe transit of your goods. Our common delivery options are:
Expedited:DHL,TNT,UPS,FedEx,EMS,etc.(3-30days excluding weekends)
Standard(In some areas):USPS/CNE Express(7-14days)
The specific freight is determined by the weight of the goods and the destination. For details, you can contact with us.
Please rest assured, we will take the fast shipping method so that you can receive the goods as soon as possible.
Refund Policy
For orders paid in advance but not produced for a long period of time:
For orders that cannot be produced for more than 1 month due to the customer, we will send you another reminder email after the order has been in production for more than 1 month. If the email is not responded to within a week, we will process a refund (a handling fee may be processed). If you need to continue production, you can place another order.
Return policy
We work very hard to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the products you receive from Zero One Solution Limited.
If you are not satisfied with any of the products you receive, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods with a clear explanation of the problem.
Please do not return any products to us unless you have been instructed to do so by a member of the Zero One Solution Limited team.
We are happy to replace products that have
a) been damaged in transit;
b) Not the same product or part as specified in your order;
c) not the same material/size as specified or supplied in your order.
If bespoke work has been completed to your specification, we cannot refund or replace goods if the problem is due to
a) Your design;
b) The end result is not what you had hoped for (see "Samples" below).
Samples
You should expect to produce a few prototypes of your design before going into final production. This will give you a clearer idea of what your final design will look like and will help avoid any disappointment when you receive the finished product.
